So onto my first timing belt job on the 2uzfe and ofcourse getting to the water housing it cracked. It was so stuck I had to cut out the remaining piece trying to keep aluminum shavings at a minimum.
Now on the hunt for a used replacement I found one that looks like a direct bolt on, but clearly different design. My Lx470 is a 1998 and the one I'm looking at is from a 2003.
Will this work? I need to change the hose connected to the housing anyway so if I need another no problem there.
