Dont know its an 18 mm x 1.5 thread. Take a piece of bailing wire run it center of plug to
Center of plug in a gentle curve then compare it to the length of the hose mentioned above. Unless some one on here has a better idea.

I guess I dont know what a split transfer case is this worked on a 74 and a 76 FJ40 not sure which case it has never referred to it as a split case. Maybe some one can enlighten us which case is which.

My first one cost me 60 my second one was going to be the sAme price if we get ten the manufacture said they would sell them for 45 plus shipping to me divided by the the number that are shipped plus the flat rate shipping from me to you. They said the lowest they could go was 35 but did t say how many we had to order.

Split transfer case came on a little later. My 76 is a one piece case. I think maybe '81, but am being too lazy to look. Sarge, Chamba, Poser or another of the great ones will chime in as I'm typing this anyway.

I forgot to add myself for the second one with AntFJ that gives us ten. Any idea how long we should wait to place the order? The more we get the cheaper. We would need 20 to get the next price drop. Shoot thats a lot of work. But it will keep me out of the wife's hair.

I can check mine as it is an '81 with Split Case but it will be Monday night before I can do so.



I had one made of high temp rubber hose and don't remember length. I think I posted it in this thread???

I used BSEVANS measurements...

Looking back BSEVANS used a 15.25" hose, so this is approximate Split Case measurement.
