I found that those 3M scour/scrubber pads quickly ripped up the jute when I stripped my floors. You have to clear the jute from the pad some what often but it definitely grabs hold of the stuff!

I usually use a big wire brush meant for welding. It will pull all of that stuff right up.

Any of you guys running the Isuzu motors, I need to know where I can find the oil filter housing for a 4BD2t? Here is a picture of one that I need

Have you tried Rudy and Tom's truck here in SoCal? They both sell used Isuzu parts.

If you can't find one, and you need one soon, I have the one off my spare engine you can use. Just find me one later.

Let me know.

I looked at Tom's Truck Center and couldn't find anything. I've searched and searched and nothing. My take you up on the offer, but I may not be able to find a replacement.

I would call Tom's and Rudy directly, as both have way more parts then they list.

Is that Tom's Truck Center in Garden Grove California? If so, I'll give them a call tomorrow. Thanks Doug for the replies.

Yes, and ask for the used parts guy. The regular parts people don't know the true stock.

Good hunting

Finally got all the monstaliner done. Even got the underside coated. Body goes back on next week.

How many gallons?

More than I wanted it to take, 4 gallons for the whole truck. The last gallon I put on, I finally figured out the whole process of applying it.

Looking good bro!

Got the oil pan gasket back on and oil pan bolted up. Got the cover on the bottom of the trans on. Had to persuade it with a hammer just a little bit for clearance.

Oh its getting close to going back together. Trying to line the chassis up with the body.
