Ryan, that looks awesome! I just finished this step the other night and it was a PITA getting the frame lined up under the body. After getting the front mounts in line, I ended up using a floor jack to adjust the rear vs rolling it back and forth. We are in the same boat being able to move only one of the two pieces.

If you have not tried this, hang a string (weighted with a bolt) through the front body mount hole and you can role the frame back and forth until the weight hangs over the frame mount. Then use the floor Jack to move the rear side to side. This way you can have the body lifted high enough to move around under it. Had to do this myself since I was doing this step solo.

I need to know where I can find the oil filter housing for a 4BD2t?
Late to respond, you probably found one by now, but..
Try Import Truck Parts Waynesboro Georgia 796-554-9008. I've purchased most my used engine parts from them.

I need to check in here more often!! Can't believe I missed this. Awesome build!

Jim, that's kinda what I did today. I used two of the long body bolts up front and two long ones in the back. Rolled it around till it was close. Then I used a floor jack in the back to finalize the rear position. I couldn't get the front all the way down because of the sliders being in the way. Used a 4x4 to rest the front of the body on then pulled the two lift arms on the lower dash mounts and raised just enough to get the 4x4 out lowered it right down on the frame. Picture to follow

Haven't found an oil filter housing yet. There is a parts guy in Lebanon, TN that I'm gonna call and see if he has one. If not I'll try the place you posted about. More work to come.

Body is on the frame, hellz yeah. Just gotta get the bolts in the right place and tighten it all down

Man, that shop floor is ridiculously clean! 60 is looking great.

It really isn't that clean. It is covered with blue monstaliner. Needs to be refinished.

Started cleaning HVAC and getting it ready to go back in.

I have a set of the trailhead deflators. They've worked great for me. Set them once and they still drop down to that set pressure a couple years later.

Can't wait til my 60 is done so I can use them.

Same here, had no issues for 4 years! I put them on, drive slow at the trail head, pop them off. Need to get another set :)
