It's super variable. I ordered the first day of this sale, and my stuff shipped earlier this week. However, last sale (actually, a couple sales ago) it took over a month.

Depends on what you have ordered and who you have ordered from. My items have shipped and will be arriving today!

Some items could have to come from regional warehouse (ie Jacksonville Florida) to the selling dealership other items may have to come from California to the selling dealership.

Yes, I ordered a front propeller shaft on first day and I received it last Saturday.

That’s interesting…I placed an order Monday and it’s not shipped yet. A month seems a little excessive…good thing my order is preventive maintenance items and not parts I need right now. Still, considering the discount, it’s worth being patient.

I usually order from Decatur and if I need the part ASAP I email Eric and let him know to put a rush on it. He has always done a good job getting items out quickly when I ask.

I ordered from Decatur on the first day, and have not received a shipping confirmation. I got a survey asking to rate my experience, but no parts. lol

We need to remember that the dealership isn't stocking ALL the parts, and depending on which distribution warehouse things are coming from takes time. Then if some parts come from Florida, and others from California...they are going to gather all of our individual parts prior to shipping to us. Plus they have LOTS of orders to process and re-ship.....I imagine they are quite busy on a daily basis!

I would say with this sale just their customers from IH8MUD have them swamped, especially if they’re like my local dealers and only have a couple of guys in the parts department.

I just got my door weatherstrip seals (first order I placed) delivered, still waiting for some of the rear window trim (second order, think it ended up coming from a different dealership)

Bought DT Headers as a "while I'm in there" part of the steering rack job (bought all that in the last sale), and decided I should go ahead and do mounts "while I'm in there" as well. All 3 mounts plus hardware for $218.73 shipped!

EDIT: Realized I needed to go back and get gaskets and hardware for the headers, another $131.50.

Give Serra Toyota patience, they get a TON of orders when they do this sale. I did 2 orders, one i'm still waiting to ship, one has arrived already. They will get the parts to you , it might take a while, so don't order anything that you need right away.

Yeah those guys at Decatur AL Toyota can get backed-up...

I live close enough to order my parts for pickup and they are usually ready next business day.... but when I do shipping it can take short while during these promotion sales... however, the parts have always arrived with no issue....
