I placed 2 orders in the August Sale, one has arrived already , one is still "processing". I think it all depends on WHAT you ordered, and how long it takes it to come in from whatever supply house it;s coming from. I ordered some pretty obscure parts, so maybe they have to come all the way from Japan or something

I ordered motor mounts, cv axles, diff bushings and sway bar end link bushings. I cannot imagine any of these parts being hard to source.

You would think they would maybe ship out the parts people have already ordered before doing another big sale. My order has been "processing" for 4 weeks now. This will probably screw me for an upcoming trip I have planned if I dont get the parts soon.
Emailing or calling them directly, sometimes produces desired results ;)

My order arrived in part yesterday with the remainder scheduled to arrive today. Just wanted to give Eric at Serra Toyota a shout out. Yes, it took a month to get it, but I was very impressed with the care taken in packaging my radiator. Short of being ran over or purposely abused, it wasn’t going to be damaged in shipping. $333 for a OEM, made in Japan radiator (and upper/ lower hoses) is a steal, especially considering all the aftermarket options get hit or miss reviews.

Ordered exhaust manifolds this passed Tuesday and they are in route to be delivered this coming Tuesday!

Order parts from Serra. Nothing too obscure. 7 weeks total until delivered to my door. Good thing it wasn't anything urgent but that was longer than expected.

Make sure that you order from a dealership outside of your home state, so that you avoid sales tax. I find that Valdosta Toyota (31601) has the best prices, their dealer discount is 31% on top of the 25%, so on most parts you save around 50%. You also get a free shipping credit of $200 if you spend over $75.
Let me know if anyone finds a dealership offering more than a 31% discount.

I'm curious what you ordered and from which dealership? Was it during the sale that Lexus had? I ordered some pretty obscure stuff during that Lexus sale and got it right away. I did order from Chatham Parkway Lexus in Savannah, GA. They are the only dealership that I have found (Lexus or Toyota) that drop ships directly from the Toyota warehouses, if they don't have the part in stock.

Radiator and both hoses, out the door, from Valdosta Toyota are $277.26

EDIT: Disregard, that radiator is wrong. I don't know how that one ended up in the cart. Valdosta and Serra should have the same pricing. It really just comes down to shipping time. Serra has a dealer rating of 3.8 out of 5 from 549 reviews. Valdosta has a 5 out of 5 from 28 reviews.

@Goose17 , I read your post about Valdosta having a better discount than Serra and thought, dang it, I wish I would have known. Just for the heck of it I made another order at both places and they were exactly the same when I went to checkout. Are there certain parts that qualify for the larger discount? Or the dollar amount of the order?

Edit; Never mind, I just saw your other post. One in Alabama and the other in Georgia are the same discount. Thanks for the information. I saved a lot.

They should be the same. Great prices right now with this sale. I have no idea how they are getting away with no sales tax, but let's take advantage of it before Uncle Sam finds out.
