In regards to the MAF sensor cleaning, did you use a MAF sensor specific cleaner similar to the pic below? I recently cleaned my throttle body and would like to clean the MAF is well but I didn't know the proper procedure at the time I cleaned the TB so I decided to put that off until a time when I knew exactly how to do it to avoid throwing CEL codes.

That's the stuff. Just spray the sensor wires in the MAF and let dry.
