Pick up this little beauty... she is an 05 with 89,000 miles from west Texas... bought from basically an old couple... added some 275/70r18's Bfg ko2's other than that she is stock and I am using it to commute 80 miles a day...

After selling my 1998 land cruiser with 275,000 wonderful miles.... I went through a 13 fj cruiser, a 15 4Runner limited, 16 GX460 premium, 16 Ford F-150 platinum, 2017 Tacoma off-road.... and I said to myself man there is nothing like my old Hundy. Lx470 really fits the bill... I love her I am naming her Elxa

Had a mini detail day with @PaulLx470 and his new 2011 200. Buffed out some of the worst etch marks from the fender flares on his rig but will do a proper job when it gets warmer!

Rich is amazing with impeccable attention to detail. I would put his '98 up against any 100 series...heck, many 200's for that matter. It's been in his family since new and he takes tremendous pride in it. I am grateful when he gets a chance to detail my rig as his ability to bring any car to life is magic. We will have to have another detail party soon @landylover21 :)

Hey your 11 200 looks amazing too. It's just I drop my jaw everytime I see @landylover21 98 100.

Thanks Paul, though I know you're just as anal about cosmetics and maintenance as me! Gertrude is definitely going to look even more awesome when we get to give her her makeover though. I can't say I have the most beautiful 200 ;) Plus, I want those wheeeels!!!

I'm really looking forward to your coming thread "How to repair & paint chips & scrapes";)

I've the Black Granet Pearl 2007 I'm doing mechanicals on now. By the time I'm done, outside temperatures should be good for paint & polish work. It's got some very bad scrapes I'll need help on.

Last years, the 01 LX470 with Golden pearl paint took me a month of work getting rust out of 50 rock chips and touching up with three step paint (prime, base & top) in each chip. Plus 50 more under door thresholds.

Because I'm so discerning, detailed oriented and take pride in my work like you (a**l such a unpleasant word:( won't you agree). I was not 100% happy with final product (5 foot rule) of Whitelady, and it took way to long.
