Heat & humidity make it set up fast. By the time I got all the way around the truck it was time for the next coat, maybe 20 minutes. It was probably upper 80's & ~50% humidity.

Also, my truck is very dark, almost black, & it had been sitting in the sun. I'd imagine that made it cure faster from being so hot. Do it in the shade!

Has anyone added metallic flake to the liner to closer match the factory metallic colors?
Mine has them. Has the gold and white flakes. It was made that way from the paint store to match the color code. You can really see it in the sun.
Not sure if it would show up in a picture but can you take a close up of the paint?
I lightly misted mine about 4-5 hours afterwards. It was hard as a rock the next morning.After 18-24 hours you're supposed to hose it down. Is it supposed to say dry after that for a few days? We are supposed to have thunderstorms today and the 80s on the driveway.
