Well,

Looks like JCardona and I have both gone you know what deep and completely Monstalined our 80's recently. I know there's a plethora of others who have done sections of theirs, and others have lined their rigs with various different liners.

Post your lined rig in this thread, color & liner type so that those who follow can see the different options & ask questions to us now seasoned veterans.

Mine was done with a 2 gallon monstaliner kit - the color is blood bath. Came out a little too light for my liking, in fact it's lighter than the chip I received from Magnet.

Big thanks to Magmetman btw for all of his help b4 the install.

I used Monstaliner on the roof of my 80 (white). On the LX above, I used tintable Raptor liner with some color my local paint shop mixed up for me. Even threw a little metallic in there for some pop!

Really like the look.

Looks Amazing

How many gallons Jose?

I had about an eight of a gallon left over.

Freaking awesome!!!

I will likely do a complete Monstaliner job on my 80. My question is whether or not it is difficult to keep clean. Some other products look horrible once they get muddy. Any feedback appreciated.

Mine is super easy to clean, it's a smooth texture

Has anyone ever put monstaliner over herculiner? I did hurculiner on the lower section and flares of my truck 3-4 years ago, and it faded pretty good. I like the look of monstaliner and hear it doesn't fade. The monstaliner site said it's not recomended because the rubber peices in the herculiner will swell.

I was planning on taking a wire wheel to my herculiner to get most of it off. Any real world experience from anyone?

Would a gallon of Monstaliner be enough to line the area as shown in this photo?
