I am trying to install the screen in a 2006 Land Cruiser but after installing everything and connecting all, the A/C controls don’t seem to work. Can anyone please help me with this situation?

Attached are the pictures of the installation and how the A/C controls look.

Thank You for your help!

It looks like you connected the factory harness back into the black box so there's no connectivity with the Tesla. Pull those three out and look at all the connectors that came with the radio and see what matches up and try again.

None of the cables that came with the Tesla Screen can connect directly to the black box. Only the factory harness can connect to the black box, is some cable missing? They talk in other forums about a “Main Harness for - Premium Land Cruiser, 12.1" Vertical Screen Android Navi Radio for Toyota Land Cruiser LC100 2002 - 2007 - / 2 g ram 64 g rom × 1”. Can this be the issue? In case it is does anyone know where I can find this cable?

Thanks for your help!

Yeah, it sounds like you're missing cables. There should be a smaller black box labeled "Canbus Decoder" included as well. The below thread has a picture of the correct harness in the first post. You'll probably have to ask the seller to send you that.

Isn’t this the “canbus decoder”? Because it was also installed and didn’t work.

The decoder is for the antenna switch and diff lock if I remember correctly. Did the picture from the other post help identify anything missing?

Looking at the other picture I seem to have the same parts and all of them installed similarly but unfortunately the A/C control isn’t working.

Looking at other treads it seems like some people had to order the “Main Harness for - Premium Land Cruiser, 12.1" Vertical Screen Android Navi Radio for Toyota Land Cruiser LC100 2002 - 2007 - / 2 g ram 64 g rom × 1” (attached is the picture) in order for it to work.
I am looking to contact someone who has this premium harness in order to give it a try but if someone knows a different way to fix this issue I am open trying anything.

Thanks sharkCamo for your interest and help until know!

Any help from anyone will be greatly appreciated!

diff lock and antenna switch I believe just pass through, but they're all on the same harness as some other donglewacker that goes to the canbus

looks great ,i fitted a tesla screen here in uk and again mine plugged and played i assumed as uk is left hand drive like japan the units where based on that ,but i suppose china is right hand drive so same as usa ,i think some suppliers are more sorted with car specs than others

Hey all.

I started a group buy for these through Rhino Radio. It's set to expire tomorrow but I can get them to extend the deadline, which I'll do. Here is the link to the other forum post:

It's a 15% discount plus free accessory. FYI I'm told the boot time is now 3sec for LC and 5 sec for LX.

I'm waiting to get mine delivered this week.

I just finished installing the PX6 model into my 07 lx470 and everything is working ie heat/ac (front & rear), sound, etc but the four physical buttons aren't working. When I press them nothing happens but they do light up when the headlights are turned on. I believe the functions are working via touchscreen.

Also, the volume is way too loud too. I hope I don't have to reconnect my stock unit and lower the volume and connect the new unit back. Any ideas?

Did you find a solution?

I'm reaching out directly with ZF and bypassing the vendor
What exactly is the issue your having?

I was told turn the factory system volume all the way up, then turn off your cruiser and install the new unit. There is also like 4 different places to adjust volume, console, user settings, inside the music player, and probably another one.
