My kits are designed specifically for the later split cases. AA makes the twin-stick kits for the earlier one-piece cases. I do sell them, pm me if you're interested. $189 plus shipping.
Well, I got the kit installed and am happy with the improvement. Here is a picture of the shifter boot.
My only issue is that the sound insulating properties of this shifter boot are not very good. I am looking for alternatives - I recently insulated the floor with CruiserCrap and now the only noise in the cab is from the shifter boot...
Any ideas?

P.S. The shop switched the knobs... I switched them back.
If you want mote noise reduction and insulation, then there's a couple of things you can do. I would start with a flat sheet of rubber either 1/8" or 1/4". Drill your four corner holes and then cut two slots for the shifters. Use that "boot" first. Then bolt the double boot down over the flat rubber boot. It'll help quite a bit. If you want/need even more, then put some soft foam padding between the two as well. Just make sure you don't limit the linkage or shift lever throw.

thanks for the replies. are you installing a 5 speed h55f in the cruiser and converting the transfer case to manual shifting? do you have the parts for the transfer case?
