split case twin-stick kits!!!!!

Georg, about to put my split case back together for my FJ40 build. It is adapted to a TH350. I think I have given AA enough money for the time being. Will your kit work with my setup? I also have a friend locally here doing a 5.3/4L60/Split case looking for a twin stick setup as well, he unfortunatly has the vaccum shift t-case. I will point him to the post above so he can complete his conversion.

Yes I'm still building twin stick kits. But I've never built a setup for a 203 doubler. There's just not enough demand to make such a kit financially viable.

Close to installing my H55F you built for me - and I appreciate the custom monogramming of my name.
Iam gathering all the parts together to take over to the shop, and decided the best way to do that is test fit all the pieces.

Iam missing a piece? Does this look correct? The only way to line up the 2-4 and H-N-L, was to reverse the shift levers.
It works, but is backward from the AA included directions.

Should I be using something like this to attach the 2/4 shifter?

Or maybe just rig the attachment to the side instead of the middle?

Hey Mark.
You've got the sticks backwards. Do you have the instructions from AA?
The HNL lever needs to be closer to the Trans. The 2-4 lever needs to be on the outside.
And the heim needs to be in the slot of the 2-4 shift rail, not on the outboard side.

You may have to shorten the 2-4 link ( round tube with the 90 degree bend ) that goes from the 2-4 pivot block down to the 2-4 link ( heims at the ends ).

The "Round 90 degree Tube" seems to be tack welded in. Iam sure I can break that weld, shorten and re-weld.

George are you still doing these. not sure when the last post was but anyway,, i have a 700r4 in my right with a 3 speed transfer case. I want the sticks to come up in the stock location so i do not have to fill in another hole in the floor.
