I just installed the radiator, etc. Now for some reason when I push the clutch in the fan is hitting the radiator shroud. It only happens when pushing the clutch. I had my daughter push in the clutch and when I pulled just a little bit on the radiator/shroud/mount it doesn’t hit. I put it all back in the way it came out. What would be the best way to get that shoe our moved my 1/4”?? I don’t really want to cut it, but I guess I could. It is barely hitting it. Ugh.

Hammer time...
Rubber mallet time maybe. The shroud was the biggest PITA of the whole process so far.

WAG you installed new rear engine mt cushions. That would tip the nose of the engine down from where it was with old, flattened out cushions. You could

A. Put your old rear pucks back in
B. Oval the mounting holes in the shroud until you can move it
C. Add a large flat washer to the underside of the forward mount cushions to compensate for the lift in the rear.
