Beauties!Went to the ACLC meet up and met some of the fine folks in the club. Hope to make it out to some more of those. The 60 section was feeling patriotic!

Also, last week I noticed some stuff on the end caps on my rear bumper. The house next door is getting renovated and they recently painted.... and now I have overspray ALL over the 60. I didn't notice it at first because it's white paint and my truck was dirty. Tried pressure washing it off today at the car wash, but no luck. You can't really see it on the white paint, but the whole truck feels like 220 grit. So, that will be a fun talk with the neighbor.

Minimum dip time is 4hrs. Pull it in an evening, pull it apart, dip half, that night then dip the other half in the AM and put it back together later that day. Easy as pie. Right Ryan @CaptClose?![]()
Keep that thing and rebuild it. On the Faq page there is a write up (don't quote me!). Quite straight forward and simple.Well it's been a while. We had a German cockroach infestation in our kitchen that popped up out of no where. The house is 99 years old and the kitchen was last remodeled about 20 years about and they really only added a couple crappy cabinets. I gutted and am in be process of sealing all of the gaps that allowed them in.
But yesterday I swapped in a reman starter from the classifieds here. Was maybe the best easiest thing I've done on the old gal yet. Here's a quick pic of the old and new-to-me reman units.

Carburator dip. It comes in a one gallon can. Just be sure kiddo has ZERO access to the garage there after. I have seen first hand what happens to a kid who drinks chemicals in a garage. Mine is on the top shelf and the door has a high hook on it. Good luck!
Looks clean Nick. Like the lines of a stock setup.Removed the roof rack and gave the ol girl a sponge bath. Removed the gutter chrome as well. I was missing some connectors and some pieces were a little dinged up from a hail storm last year. Kind of liking the look of no roof rack. I may leave it off for a while.
