Ok so you did end up doing custom tint. Did you just go to an auto body supply store for the color? I know zero about painting cars. I'm more of a nuts and bolts guy. I'm glad you did this because my 94 I'd also green and I like it pause door jams match it.

I'll send you a pm.

I still have more pictures and some videos I have to upload. I was really impressed with the 80. This was my first time taking it off road. It did really well for having stock road tires on it. Airing them down helped. The first hill we climbed the wife said it needs a lift and larger tires. Gotta love her. The j springs and 35s. I need to extend the breathers and water proof the distributor. I would also like to add a snorkel.

Went to cliffs insane terrain today. The front locker is not engaging but I am really impressed with the 80. It was able to do things that I was hesitant to try. Besides the spare and hitch bottoming out I had zero issues. It is time for a lift and tires.

Sbrodacz, in one of your photos it looks like you may of bypassed the metal tube feeding water down from the heater control to the PHH. So is that what you did, if so was it easier doing the PHH without messing with those 2 bolts holding that tube on the back of the block?

That is what I did. I did the work around kit. I thought it was much easier not messing with the bolts that helps the tube down.

Turns out there a hole in the return line for the power steering. I decided to get rid of the cooler and add a trans cooler to the power steering with new hoses.

Some goodies arrived today.

1 1/2" front bump stop spacers, 2 1/2" rear bump stop spacers and 1 1/4" front swap bar spacers from Hitit66. The quality is absolutely amazing.

I am glad you did the toyota green tint because my 94 is the same color. I think I will follow your lead and do my own tint based on the paint code.
FYI, I done run front bump stop spacers and have never rubbed a front tire.
I am from Michigan and really appreciate your videos.

What size tires are you running?

315's on J's with a 1"spacer. I did not rub before the spacer either and I run Boulder strewn trails that max the suspension out regularly.
