You have your work cut out for you, but you'll surely tackle it with the same skill you've applied to every other part of this truck. Nice build!

If there had been rust all the way around, I would have gone for a replacement roof. There is only rust on the one side and by the time I am done, I will have a pretty good understanding of welding sheet metal. One thing I have gained is a whole lot more confidence to weld just about anything.Damn courageous brother! I have to yet start repairing rust. I'm thinking the best approach is to just buy a rust free shell. I am still debating that.
Friggen awesome use of the old suede jackets! Love it. I used a leather belt my ex's mom bought him that was too small a while back as a strap in some chore. It gave me great pleasure to make a mess out of it.And the beat goes on!!! Trying to protect my glass and interior. Next step will be to pull the windshield and see what fun stuff I will have to fix next.

The magnets work great. They were $18.00 from Eastwood.com.,you get 8 of them. Just keep them away from each other because when they slam together, they have a tendency to chip, and pinch your hands.Nice little tools there. Have a feeling I am going to be grabbing the same stuff for some door repairs. How do you like the Stitch Magnets?
