Saw a bunch of you coming down Hwy 82 towards Ridgway yesterday afternoon. Couple of 80s and a bunch of good looking 40s.

The event was excellent as usual.

I had to bail early. Was planning on leaving Thursday morning but bumped it to Wednesday due to a sick wife and a pending client obligation.

2600 miles on the 60. No issues, and lots of fun.

So @shanko and I have been having fun on the way home. Just east of Moriarity, New Mexico, Sean blew his panhard bracket to bits, kept it on the road and narrowly avoided getting squished on the highway by a tractor trailer. We cobbled it back together with a ratchet strap and drove into town (the wrong way down the highway onramp!!!!) and limped 3 miles to a fabrication/diesel shop who’s going to fix it tomorrow morning. It’s been an exciting day.

You bet! I had a really good time. Someone needs to rescue the Land Cruiser that is rusting away in the barn. I might have to go back up there today on my way out to see if there is a way to hook it up behind my camper.

Walked around camp yesterday afternoon it was a ghost town, 90% of the Cruisers and cruiser heads were gone
We’re trying to get an early start home this morning.

Most of the kc crew got back by 1am. Few still on the road. Co dot apparently hit their lights to pull us over but thankfully @theSherpa pulled out behind us and they gave up the chase. My 45's on Black Bear. Great time now back to maintenance on everything. Chef would have loved it.

I wouldn’t bother, it looks rusty and I am sure it is one of those ran when parked money pits. Might have some salvageable parts on it.
