Hey Skip thanks, the lift is the stock springs that I had a good spring guy rearch. It equates to a approximately 1 1/2 to 2" lift from stock height. I also had him add a left to the front to compensate for the factory PTO winch up front. Over time that factory winch does settle the front springs a little. It's working out great for me.
The power steering box is from FJ60 and the pump is a 4Runner with a remote reservoir mounted to the fender. I wanted to keep all of the stock parts under the hood. I do know that my friend had to move the left front shock a very small amount rear wards to accommodate the FJ60 steering box. I didn't do the work.
