Justin I would be interested too. I think this is the last piece I have to finish on my LV. Been so long I have forgotten exactly, but iirc I finished the jamb and have the tailgate left.

Removed the outer shell, and LP section.
Main structure getting ready for the wire wheel
Backing plate removed from the LP secion

To remove the spot welds, I use a Spot weld cutter kit from MAC tools. They seem to last the longest. 1 in 4 years isn't half bad

Blasted the center section (LP) area and had to install some new 6mm x 1.0 captured nut assemblies for the LP

Ive been cruiser insane since 97.! But yes I ask my self why do I love this crap? I could have stayed in construction and made real money.
