As always it's a pleasure watching your progress! I'm biting my nails in anticipation of how all these bit go back together. I hope you have a hardtop and doors to help get everything lined up right.

The missing pictures, there are some issues with the site lately, or with my Ipad, a lot of times when I post a message I get an error message. Normally a refresh shows the post intact but this time the pics were gone.

This corner piece is still intact unlike the other side which is completely gone.
Going to mirror this one.

Did you use Corroseal? Looks similar to what I did this past week. Didn’t have much trouble with the Corroseal until I put it on a little too thick.
I used a product called Brunox, it converts rust and seales the area with an epoxy primer.
In this case I’m going to take most of it off again, just using it as a binder and track layer, makes it easyer to see where what is. And at the same time convert the corrosion in that area. This stuff needs a thick layer to work propperly.
The mid section of the floor is clean, just some dents and holes made by the PO that need to be fixed.

The right one step by step.

First the flat sheet.

Bad weekend, took a fall last Fryday and hurt my lower back, neck and got myself a mild concussion.
Lots of pain, no chance of working on the 40 for the next few weeks.:frown:

That’s not a good thing I’m sure the 40 will wait until you can get back on it The important thing is for you to relax and recover and get your health back Sorry to hear about your fall

Not looking forward to it but there is to much at stake, will be a though week.

Hope you feel better soon Michael. Try to get as much rest as possible, and not to rush back to work too soon.
