Maybe I'm not paying attention, but I didn't realize @reevesci was going to be the fabricator. From the looks of his other work, I'm sure these will be nice.

I would think that almost any solution would need to be welded to provide real protection and support for the bracket.

I'm in for whatever is produced.

YEP! its me.... HA! They will be laser cut and CNC bent.

The best route is the weld on version. But, I will have a couple of holes cut in the angled tab for those that desire the bolt on route.

This is a very rough idea, but will give everyone an idea.

When possible, could we get a picture of the finished product on the LCA bracket( Can you tack it on and snap a pic?) Want to see how closely it hugs the underside of the bracket.

Prefer option C here as well.

I'm in for a weld on set that has no holes in the frame tab.

I'm only going to make one style and it looks like the "C" option for a dual purpose (bolt on/weld on) will be it. So, it will have 2 holes in the tip of the angled tab. I'll try and get them high enough where the holes can be cut off if desired OR just plug weld the holes and weld the tab.

I will try and have the bracket finished today (need to clean it up and trim here and there) and installed. These will be designed to allow for a 2.5" JJ as well. The angled tab will butt up against the frame and the underside will be approx. 3/8-1/2" below the frame receiver bracket.

Definitely not telling you how to do it, but i think it needs to be constructed so that as much of the protector as possible is directly supported by the frame, rather than the factory bracket. I see the biggest damage risk as distorting the whole bracket--I've seen this on a 3rd gen 4Runner, where the whole mount has been partially crushed. This has to have an effect on rear axle alignment. I don't think putting a small cap on the bracket would help prevent this.

If you are still interested please let me or @savirc know, he has posted a list.

I need a few more to make this happen. I will take several pair for my inventory for future sales.

I should have a firm price and lead time by the middle of next week. The more people that are in on this first order the cheaper they are. You guys know the drill.

Pls take me off the list. Thanks

Please remove me from the list. Nothing to do with the holes, just decided to go another route. Thanks
