Also mounted IPF headlights (gave up on round eyes ever answering there phone) with the IPF harness and wow that is the best upgrade I have ever had on any rig I have ever owned. These lights are awesome for just 7 inch round lamps with 60/55 watt halogens. And got the Tuffy console put in today. So I will post up some more pic's as I go. I hope everyone has enjoyed this long long long rebuild, and as we all know it ain't ever really done. :steer::wrench::beer::cheers: Doc

Yeah slow and steady good to hear from you again, and I have been lurking in the background not posting you works and rides are wonderful to behold. Hope all is going well with you and yours Doc

Thanks to Michael and Bryan at ACC the 5speed is in and working like a dream. app 400 to 500 rpm drop at 65- to 70 mph from the 4 speed. In addition the lower first gear make;s starting out much nicer. The 4.0 low range gears they installed (from AA) give me additional overdrive in high gear but not a whole lot, where they really shine is the crawl it is unbeliveable to say the least. They posted a couple of shots on there facebook page and I due to my son borrowing my camera was unable to get any photos at this time. I will try to get a shot of the powder coating they did on the transfer case and a small surprise. Again thanks ACC I can now cross off the lower gears and the five speed from this age old build.

Looks sick, Doc! Great job:cheers:

You know me just a little bit sick and the truck shows it!!!!LMAO oh Trapper your decal was on the ACC facebook site when they took a picture of the rig in the shop. So how's it coming new 60 ?????

2FTBI

I guess that in the next couple of weeks I will need to add 2FTBI to my signature with the Beast. Trollhole is, as I type working on installing a throttle body fuel injector system on the 2F in the Black Beast. And I hope to be able to pick it up Wenesday and give it a shake down run at Gsmtr this year, but we will see.

I will take pic's of the new tranny and transfer case with the lower gears(Thanks again ACC) and the TBI after instilation when I get her back. Unless Trollhole wants to post some instilation pic's here as he goes. Would be fine with me. :) :D

Is this a new kit he's developing?

Awesome Job!!! i saw your truck at ACC a few weeks ago, it looked badass.

Not bad, just trying to catch up on PM first.

Now that I am recovering from my illnesses I still plan on coming out west to have that beer, never let a little thing like almost dropping dead get in the way of a good brew with friends. Will keep you posted when but maybe next year. Doc:)

Yes. After this build and when I get back I'll start officially selling the kits. As plug and play as TBI can get. There will be several different models. One will be the standard GM kit like I'm installing for Doc. It will come with various options. The next two kits will be a completely new monster. An upgradable system that will allow you to go from a 2 injector TBI system to a 6 or 8 injector system. You can even use the same system if you move to a v-8 which can help on costs. Also the new system will be fully waterproof and can be installed in the engine bay. Also it will be OBD II and have the option for throttle by wire. All of this is in the works. Custom harnesses and custom hardware designed for your cruiser not some generic kit I stuffed in a box.

Enough about that stuff. Docs cruiser is coming along great. I love working on clean cruisers. I'll be doing a new thread on this install detailing everything it takes to install this system.
