Get someone to bump the engine, while you hold the belt in place with a prybar.

So I have a Dayco 6PK2250.
I variable I have not yet brought up. Is the motor is a 94 ls400 1uzfe. All the accessories I have on it are from a 2002 tundra. 2uzfe. The alternator is 100% the same and I think the ac compressor is too. But the ps pump is different. The pulley may not be in the same spot. I had assumed that the block externally would be the same but the hole pattern was around 2mm different and I had to make a 5/8" spacer so the pullis would line up. I can't see how it could possibly get closer to the others so the belt fits but idk.

So my options. Get a longer belt, get the right parts, verify that everything is where it should be.

Dayco 5060895 fit perfectly. I may of given the wrong pn before. There were twondering numbers on the other belt. 5060885 and 6PK2250. Either way it was too short. Strangely enough both list a lexus 4.0 as a application on the package.

Back from the paint shop. All shined up and pretty. Not too bad for 20 years old and 200k miles!

We bought it almost 6 years ago and have put 65k miles on it, all trips and adventures! (Never was a daily driver).

Wow ... when Rob says he's traveling he's not messing around

I shouldn't tell, but Rob is a mercenary...shhhh.

Went to a car show for Fathers Day. Lots of cool cars and a good mix of old muscle, classics, and new metal/fiberglass. I’m looking around and what’s up on a rack.
