OK WTF with the bezel thing!!

They should of just varied the hole pattern from top to bottom and none of this would have ever been an issue.

I guess the Japs never thought that anyone would be daft enough to put the thing upside down. Besides, it separates those with brains, beauty and brawn from those with...upside down bezels.:grinpimp:

I personally like that it allows people to show off their ignorance. Of course, like many things: it is the owner's right to wear his bezel upside down... Some guys like to flip their bezels and in a similarly wacky and iconoclastic vein, some guys like to wear their wife's clothing. I don't hold it against them, but I do reserve the right to chuckle.

WTF! They should have made the bezel non removable, an integral part of the bib, to prevent people from bitcching and claiming superiority over those who chose to mount it differently.:D:flipoff2:

Then there would be hundreds of "How do I remove this bezel so I can turn it right side up" threads :bang:

You would not be able to adjust the headlights then :)

Btw... Nobody is superior... We are all pretty stupid in our own ways LOL

Wait... :hhmm:

That was an attempt to make a funny... I don't know if it was or not :meh:

Somebody will have an opinion about that I guess... We are all opinionated in our own ways.

I don't think that was too funny... Now that I think about it... Sometimes we all make comments we wish we didn't make... Some make more than others :)

Sample shirt I gave to @jacamp003 while he was at AF tech school this last January.

Original stamped bezels are hard to find. I think you can get knockoffs but I’m not sure where.

The original stamp bezels are out there. I just picked one up a few weeks back.
There are also repops available. Not hard to find.

What everyone is saying is that the bezel has to be one way for cosmetic reasons. To me, cosmetics are just about meaningless on a 4x4. I say, it's your rig. Do what you want with it.

It doesn’t have to be a certain way... it’s the way it supposed to be

People can F$&? Up their truck anyway they want ... it doesn’t make it correct... my truck is a perfect example of F-ed up :meh:

Bezel is correct however

at least bezel orientation is the one thing that a PO messes up that can be easily corrected :meh:

If Toyota had made one of the mounting holes not symmetrical there would be no bezel police force.

Hey. If someone is making decent Bezel Police shirts, I'll volunteer the bezel art. I have this in vector form if someone will take off with this. I'll even set the file up for the whole thing. After all, I am a professional. ;)
