What's the official name of this version with special doors.

Much Thanks

That is a FJ40V. Are you asking what those rear doors are called? Upper door is called a "hatch" or "rear hatch". The two small lower doors are commonly called "barn doors". I've only seen them called "saloon doors" a couple times.

Special doors that match special rear bumper.....

OP is from Malaysia which might explain the special doors question. Ambulance doors started in 72 in some markets. If 40 series were imported back to 72 in Malaysia and if they were probably not many hard top earlier 72 would survive this long. Seen plenty of videos of how hard these were used in other parts of the world.

That front right fender is killer!

(There’s nothing special about the doors.)

Would you say the same thing about a soft top with two piece ambulance door? What may be common place in the US may not be the case in Malaysia. Few year back I picked up a full floating axle for a 40 series that didn't have tabs for a swaybar. Thought I scored something rare and may be from something used by a utility company. Not too long ago found from 75 on Australia only got full floating axles so common on all FJ40/BJ40/BJ42.
