The crusty fuel lines at the fuel filter prompted me to pick up some Gates 5/16" (7.9mm) fuel line.

Replaced all of the fuel lines going to the fuel filter, fuel pump and return on the passenger engine compartment from the hard lines forward. Used a little over 4' of fuel line.

I used some zinc plated 12mm spring clamps. The stock ones were 14mm but this line is just a hair narrower than stock.

These appear to be the original fuel lines. Not a bad run, 46 years. I reused the foam fuel line covers as they were in great shape.

Finally finished up the driver door.
Added some sound deadner mats. 2 Amazon basics 14"x10" panels side by side.

I finally installed the moisture barrier I got from @GA Architect 8 years ago and added some foam to keep the latch bars from rattling.

Interestingly, the OE foam pads for the latch mechanisms are still available. What you did is way more HD though

Didn't know but this was easy and cheap. I think I need to remove some foam behind the lock switch though. The foam might be interfering

While is was in there'itis struck again.

Reconditioned the oil cooler and resealed it along with the oil filter mount.

It was leaking severely at the bottom of the old o-rings. They look like they were gnawed on and were squared off.
