Booo

and what does movie gig mean?

You stand around all day and get and get a camera pointed at you for about 30 seconds.

If they can manage a noon start we could see them by 7pm.

If Rory doesn't slow me down, sooner than that. :steer: I made it from there quicker in a fully loaded 4 banger. Of course that did better on gas, so not as many stops.

Anybody else get this felling that you forgot to pack something? It's driving me nuts.

Same feeling! Now i am pacing between the house and cruiser thinking of everything I forgot. Thanks Jon!

... backup to the contact lense. :D

-Mike-

It did help remind me to take and extra set.

Rory, call me about time and place to meet up in the AM. I am pretty much ready, just need to throw the food and clothes in the truck. time to get some sleep. See you all tommorow!

Rory - take your Scangauge. On those long straightaways check your mpg at two speeds - trip / current and reset when you start your runs. Take the money difference and divide by the time difference. In these days of a penny saved is two pennies earned, I think you will find you are making over $100 per hour by not hauling a$$. There is a diminshing return as you slow more though, so you can decide what your time is worth and that's your speed - or should be...

Hey, gas was under $3 in town in some places.. does it matter anymore :)

Then take the money you save and buy shares of Ford Motor Co. stock. They're trading at $2.39/share the last time I checked. GM's stock has fallen 85% in a year. Toyota's 50% loss doesn't seem so bad anymore.

So a share of Ford Motor Co. stock is cheaper than a gallon of gas. Interesting.

Edit: So hauling a$$ now only costs you $75 / hour...

Here is some of today's fun.

I may have some other decent ones I can post later after looking through them. Mark's 40 is sweet!

Don't worry. Dan's got one in stock. U038 is its location. Upstairs by the other AC stuff.

Dan,

How much spare time do you have while you're there? Go to the Virginia Marine Science Museum in VA Beach. Cross the James River and go up to the Mariner's museum in Newport News and then stop off at the Air and Space Museum in downtown Hampton. If you've got an entire day, drive along the Colonial Parkway that starts in Yorktown and goes to Jamestown. You can spend a day just looking around the Yorktown battle site and Jamestown settlement. If you have another day, spend it in Colonial Williamsburg. None of these are as awesome as Moab looks but if you've got the time, they are worth it.

Moab day 3

sorry fellas, I don't have to many for this day. Porcupine and a couple at Fins. I am taking bribes if anyone wants to know what the third one is about. ;)
