Yes, you are right - stamped may be the best way. Because the production number is low (1 or 2) the price will be high for all. CNC may be the cheapest based on setup and required parts. I am leaning towards making an assembly from aluminum. An alternative solution may be to make the bracket into 3-piece design that bolts up. This can avoid a need for a press and can possibly be made at home by hand.

Finally finished the 3d modeling and had the part CNC made from aluminum. Came out perfect. Such a beautiful part. Price can be significantly reduced with larger quantity runs.
Next part I am working on is the throttle body adapter. I have most of it designed in Solidworks but need to check some measurements. If anyone has photos of it not installed please share. I am designing from pictures and measurements that I take from the parts I have.

Finalizing the throttle body adapter before CNC. I have smoothed out the air flow and maximized the opening.
I added a photo of the oem adapter; does the port with arrow connect to the barb fitting? If I recall its directly routed to the vacuum switching valves under manifold. There is a tee with a filter of some sort.

Throttle body adapter has been produced and is a perfect fit.
I’ve improved the alignment between the bypass valve and discharge plenum. I recall the factory setup was slightly off in one axis. Now it’s perfect.
I have also smoothed out the internal surfaces and removed sharp corners in my design to help with air flow. No test to show effectiveness.

Rebuilt the power antenna and added a new mast and cable. Crisp radio signal.

What visors did you use? I have the OEM driver sides, but would like to replace my passenger side. If you could get me the part number, that would be great.

It's been a while since I updated this thread. I have slowly wracked up more miles on the new engine. Pulls very strong and sounds amazing.
I have also been slowly finishing up my supercharger parts build. Only components left are the coolant and vacuum piping.
The original coolant pipe has a ferritic stainless cast flange that is welded to a stainless 3/4" pipe. The pipe is easy to obtain but the flange with elbow is a custom build because it is not symmetrical and has a few angles in all axis. I duplicated the flange/elbow in CAD and because of the tight internal radius, CNC will not be able to fully produce this part. So, I am going the DMLS (direct metal laser sintering) route. This process is very precise and can do things that CNC will never do.
The plan is to produce the flange/elbow and weld it to the stainless pipe that I will bend and weld mounting tabs to, just like the original TRD pipe. In the end it will look and function just like the original.
At this point a number of supercharger components are reproducible if they are needed. I have developed in CAD the throttle body adapter, belt tensioner bracket and pulley spacer, intake runner pipe flange, coolant pipe flange, and crank pulley/spacer.

3D printed stainless part is in and it’s beautiful and perfect. Next phase is to bend the tubing and weld the two.

Super good i ran into this thread, im trying to figure out the transmission seal stuff at the moment, wish there was a video, is it just bolt off the the parts and push it in? any help would be unreal, thanks!!!

Take a look at my #10 post. There is a photo that shows two jacking bolts that are used to remove that housing. Remove the housing and then you can pull out the old seal and put new one on.

Thanks a bunch, just saw the bolds that push it out. im still salivating over this build. I also have a TRD supercharger and just got my new toyota Short Block from japan for my build. thanks for this help

Good luck! I just finished putting a new long block in mine - only took a year.

Everything has been fabricated and the kit is ready for install. I am waiting to put on a few more thousand miles before bolting it onto the freshly rebuilt motor.
Here was the last part - vacuum and coolant pipes. The 3D printed stainless flange was welded to the stainless tubing and so were the mounting tabs. Came out awesome. Photo is just before finishing.
My aluminum CNC throttle body adapter was powder coated to match the supercharger. All new hardware for the entire kit.
I also picked up a new water to air intercooler from another member that will be added at a later time.
Diesel 80 fan clutch has been machined to fit the water pump. I will swap out the fluid and adjust the clutch for temperature before installation.

Next project will be the oem subtank installation. I have collected all the bits to make the entire thing oem.

So are you putting together a kit that makes it possible to install a used supercharger from another specific vehicle by using your parts? If so, that’s awesome!

I am not making kits. I had made all these bits because I had an incomplete supercharger kit. Most of the parts with exception of piping can be quickly made as I already created the files that are sent to CNC. If someone needs any of the parts I can have them produced. Not cheap in small quantity. The piping is time consuming and also expensive in small quantity.
