Home safe in Virginia Beach with all of the kids and the dog! Thanks to all for a fantastic weekend! My apologies if my whiny dog bothered anybody

George and I had a blast as we always do. We got home around 2pm, unpacked washed the truck and began some maintenance. Having him on camping trips with the ONSC crowd is simply amazing. He met tons of new friends as he told me on the way home...thanks to all who helped with George (Del your daughter was very kind, Andrew thank both your daughters and their friend). This club continues to grow as a family friendly environment and I thought the child raffle and lineup for gifts was awesome. Stacy and the gang, thanks for all the hard work in putting this together, awesome event. Kenny and Lydia, what can we say...your involvement in the club has only enhanced the experience we all share on every event, gathering, local meeting. We truly had a blast and can't wait for the next one. Eleanor even asked me if her friends were their this time and that she missed them.

Lastly, as was anticipated the front right hub had some old grease and the small retaining spring had been installed incorrectly by a PO. Got it all cleaned up and buttoned up last night.

Thanks again to all for making this such an amazing club.

Ok, 11 hours of sleep last night didn't quite do the trick after last weekend. I guess I'm getting old(er).

I'll post up my official thoughts and thank you's after I've had time to get my head together. In the meantime, I'll go back to checking out all the 80's and 100's for sale that @FrackMacker keeps sending me for opinions! He's my neighbor that came out to LR with his son 'just for the day' and ended up staying 2 nights. I think you guys got him hooked!

BTW - anybody looking to sell a nice 80 or 100 might wanna reach out to him.

Kinda in the same boat John. I got home around 7 last night. trailer unloaded and food stuff in the fridge. Got a shower and turned on the game and don't remember much else. Thank you's and take away's coming later today.

Had a great time as always. Lesson learned. Don't take the kids who haven't Really Wheeled up Daniel as their first experience. Pretty sure I scarred my oldest for life. The youngest loved it all.

My favorite picture from the event.

Another great event! Had a blast except for bringing back Chiggers!! My yota is infested and im covered in bites!!

It was great to see everyone once again! Coming back after being gone a couple of years - everyone made me feel welcome. Hate I could only stay for part of the day but I had to get home for my 20 year H.S. reunion. It was lame, I should have just stayed with you guys. Oh well, now that I have a cruiser again, I'll be showing up to events more frequently. And Stacy, John, and the guys who I told I'm not keeping my new cruiser, I lied. I fell in love with my 80 driving it to Uwharrie and home and being reminded of just how great these rigs are on the trail. So stay tuned for more landcruiser shenanigans!

Amazing Logan's Run!

Thanks to Stacy @blue88stang and crew for all your hard work in making this years event one of the best. So many improvements over past Logan's Runs but I especially liked the kids raffle. Such a good idea getting the kids involved with drawing tickets and especially seeing them win prizes.

Thank you to all our great sponsors. It was wonderful seeing all the sponsors that attended and I hope our members just look at the back of their LR shirts when needing to purchase parts and services. Reminds me to thank Jonathan @lumbee1 for the great work on the t-shirts and for pig cooking. Both were excellent.

Now Logan's 80...

I don't think I can but I want to try and express our gratitude for the improvements the club has made to the 80. To Eric, Garrett, Hannah, and Johnny C, wow! Thank you for all you have done to the truck. You guys led the charge to make the 80 safe and functioning like it should. I know Lydia and Mollie will be a lot safer riding with me after all you have done. The rear bumper is wonderful too!
Thank you Jonathan, Onur, Meatball, Eric Forrest, Allen, Rafael, Phil at Fred Anderson Toyota and to the ONSC members for parts, labor, and the donations to build this truck to what Logan always wanted it to be.
To Eric and Stacy Rymer, wow! Thank you for the new tires. They are perfect!

I also want to thank John Vee and Sarah for the trasharoo John presented Lydia at Logan's Run. As everyone knows, she will definitely put it to good use.
The members of this club are so giving and have the biggest hearts. We love you all and want to thank you from the bottom of our hearts!

PS I was not doing 70 on the way home. Maybe 65 but that was to get a run on the hills after the bridge on 24-27. :steer:

Another Logan's Run is in the books, and they just keep getting better with each one!! I had a great time hanging out with my ONSC family, as I always do! I do wish I had been able to spend more time with some folks, but that's just difficult when there are so many awesome people in one place.

Thanks to Stacy, Eric, and John V. for organizing an amazing event! Thanks to Jonathan, not only for his once again great work on the shirts, but also for sacrificing his Saturday to watch over the pig. I'm also grateful to everybody else that pitched in to help make Logan's Run what it was.

Most of all, we all owe a debt of gratitude to our wonderful sponsors, without whom we wouldn't be able to do any of this! Thank you so much for your support!!!

I had a great time at LR and I can't wait to make it to many more! Coming and finally getting to wheel in a 40 got me hooked on getting our 40 up to par. And big thanks to @jrmudder84 @HENDOG for letting me experience the best of both worlds in a 100 and a 40.

Thank you to everyone. My girls and their friend had a blast. Everyone (as always) is so nice and helpful. Makes for a great time! Thank you again!
