I need more storage space! The first thing I would do would be to take off that spare tire cover
I do love that body style, but please do some research on the lt/kz engine family before pulling any triggers.
I'm far from pulling the trigger, just window shopping for now. The mrs would have my head on a stick if I got a new toy before she got her fence.
Looks like a potential good deal on a 100 series.
Is it locked? It looks like a locker dial to the left of the steering wheel like the 80's have.

Looks just like my old 87. This part is hilarious...
The truck runs and drives incredible, so much more power over the 22r engine!
In what parallel universe?!? Personally always felt like I got a lot more out of my 22R than the RE. Granted, the RE was in the 4Runner and the R was in the pickup.
I didn't think fuel injection started until 85. And then it was a option.

it's a swapped motor...but yeah the re didn't show till 85, and the 85re's had some sorta of head gasket deck height issues irrc.

So...you could grab some OEM ones and be done with it, or get the cheapies and let us know if they fit!
