It did have running boards they were a little off putting in my opinionNice photos. That 1958 has Yokohama tires, rather than the Dunlops we’ve seen so far. It’s an odd tire size (245/70R18), so good to see other manufacturer’s might join in. I’m also seeing mudguards and running boards for the first time.

I was under there but I didn’t.Thanks for posting these. Did you by chance look at the size of the spare tire space?
Your guess is as good as mine when it comes to Toyota’s marketing strategy for the LC250. But, for what it’s worth, all of Toyota Australia’s Prado and LC300 trims come with highway tires.I have a hard time understanding why they are showing the new Land Cruiser with street tires. Feels like the marketing team at Lexus is doing a better job of marketing to potential off roaders than the Land Cruiser team is doing.
They will need to sell them with MPG friendly tires to max out efficiency. Knowing we will all swap them out for something else anyway.I have a hard time understanding why they are showing the new Land Cruiser with street tires. Sure. Selling at the dealer is one thing, but marketing is entirely different. They will need to sell them with MPG friendly tires to max out efficiency. Knowing we will all swap them out for something else anyway.
