Hopefully Kurt (or someone else) can confirm what his kit comes with. CO lists the kit as "each" which I perceive as each axle. However, the picture does show parts for two axles.

So is JT Outfitters, the other company, as I listed in the OP to keep from getting comments like this that lack no decisive input other than "he's a supporting MUD vendor". Why CO instead of the kit by JT'? Price wise goes heavily to JT's but does anyone have first hand experience or input as to why CO's is better? Thanks.
The knuckle kit that I got from Kurt (the one that I would gladly pay more for) does both sides or two knuckles. Wheel bearings are not included for that price.
If you are going to open it up, do it all...wheel bearings, knuckle bearings and races...and get the Marlin inner seals.
I wouldn't be so quick to throw that out there. I've personally done 3 front axles rebuilds with the Marlin seals with no problems. My personal rig is on 30k with no signs of failure.
No. If you read Kurt's web site it clearly states that one kit does both knuckles.
You are going to want to call him and talk anyway, so he will confirm this.
Negative on Marlin seals for the 80 as others have said. Even Marlin says it
You listed two options and I gave you my opinion on which to buy. Kurt is a known contributor and supporting vendor. I have done business with Kurt and had great service and after purchase support.
You don't want advice, don't ask.
I read where someone utilized the spring from a Toyota OEM seal replacing the clip in a Marlin seal and making the Marlin Seal work on the 80. I thought about doing that- but, I know whats tried and true- no interest in overhauling a new seal for what may or may not work...
