The pics are really great. I am adding some 80 related hardware (door hinges, hatch hardware, hood hardware, and valve cover hardware), if there are any 60-series owners out there who want some hardware for the 60, let me know what you're after.

Random, but what are the odds that you might carry any M12x1.25 bolts of any sort? Looking for some hardware for an 80 bumper. Also, when will the 80 kits be available on the site?

I didn't have any M12 hardware made. There just isn't enough locations they are used to justify custom manufacturing. If you need a JIS sized M12 bolt though, I can point you to a couple places. But OEM is also a good option.

I am almost set to load the 80 Kits. Anything specific you'd like to see?

Nah, not really. My wife got me a nifty storage rack and I'm looking to start filling it up with some hardware. :)

I can help with that for sure! I've become slightly obsessed with hardware storage racks.

Here is what I went with for the bib hinge on my 1965 FJ45 LP-B. M8 stainless nuts hadn't arrived yet.
3 ea. M8x30mm for the top part of the hinge.
2 ea. M8x35mm for the bottom part of the hinge.

Any plans for a full 60/62 kit?

It's definitely something I would like to do, I just don't have a 60 and probably need to spend some time with someone who is really willing to dig into the details and help me put one together. It takes a lot of time with microfiche or online to grab part numbers, and then ordering from Toyota what we can locate.

I will continue to work on it, but if anyone is interested in working on it with me, I'd be happy to work something out.

Hello, there is a thread in the 60 section that got some people talking about it:special links
Maybe, as @lcwizard pointed out in the thread, the full 60 kit might be too large to do in one kit? Maybe you start with discrete areas like you are with the 80 series listed above? Engine bay, rear hatch hardware, brake line clamp bolts..... stuff like that?

Thanks! I replied over there, will try to get some 60 series kits up.

can't wait to order, the full fj40 kit looks amazing. I usually spend countless hours sorting and then sending hardware out to get coated and then finally sorting again before final assembly. Correct hardware makes all the difference I believe.

You don't have front shock upper bolt options do you?
I've been searching all day but only find one vender with an aftermarket version since oem is no longer aval

I don't unfortunately. Looks like this is more of a speciality threaded shoulder rod with threads on either end. Looks like Used OEM might be the only option for these.

Any chance you are coming out with a greater selection of cad plated seems? I'm thinking pan head sems and the ovals.

I don't have plans for this right now. The SEMS are difficult to CAD plate with the captured washers. I've had a few requests for the oval machine screws in CAD, so I may have some of those made next run.

Are you thinking that the yellow color may be preferable to the Stainless in some cases? I could see that if so.
