with enough help I could even swap out the springs

Shaun,

I might be able to come by one night this week after work. You gonna' be out there after 5 or so? I will also offer to you the use of the heated garage at my place if you want to turn wrenches in relative comfort. As you know I am about 1.7654321 minutes from you. I have air tools and cold beer.

Thanks Dave,
I appreciate the offer, but think the cruiser will be un buttoned for a few days, plus changing the fuel filter is going to stink up your house from here..
my wife will be out of town so I have a garage and will keep it warm...I will be tearing into it tomorrow afternoon, once I have parts in hand...likely after 4 pm

yep outside the 485 loop. go out to the big watertower at stallings rd. take a right onto stallings, follow it about 5 miles and take a right into Cambridge Oaks dr... about halfway between independence and providence...

If you have the time and funds. Take those parts to get hot tanked. After you ream out the various ports and piping and remove the big stuff, of course.

I am too cheap to hot tank the valve cover, besides its not all that bad...Dave came over last night and helped me get the waterpump off after I broke a bolt. ordered a few more hoses and gaskets today, but plugging along
