Starting to get a little crisp over there?
Thermometer in the truck said 49° this morning.
Heck truck said 47 here yesterday morning driving to work at daybreak. Now it’s in 90s but sure felt good!

Holy crap, watched this BaT pig auction hoping @knuckle47 would win it. Bidding war for the last $30+ thousand dollars
Craziness…

Is it going in a collection or being driven? I spent too much and well continue to spend each year it seems but I drive the heck out of it. Of course I’m just jealous I guess because I would like a collection 😎

Used to say “These things have four wheels and an engine for a reason” when questioned about wheeling the Pig or tracking the Porsche. Depends, I suppose, whether you get your jollies from experiencing or looking. That’s why I always sought quality work that could be more easily fixed if necessary.
Porsche was a muddy mess after part of our recent trip was over a recently graded gravel road that had been watered down. $8 at the car wash. The trip…priceless.

Well, I saw this thing going higher and higher… i was willing to go mid 40’s but this just went into a knock down …drag out feud. For me, it’s a driver and facing even further retirement would have made it a lot more practical. But it’s a touch less than my Silverado cost wise. And when winter comes and the heated seats and steering wheel kick in…I’ll be almost as happy. Always a next time?

Sure would suck to be a lefty in that situation
Due it being a right handed world, most lefties do quite well with their right hands. I, as a lefty, would probably wield a nimble sword with my right and and BF axe in my left. Shields are for 🐈's

Well, today, I'm doing pretty ****ing good...

:flipoff2:

Spent most of this calendar year building a triple locked 80 for my bride. I've been driving the Pig and enjoying the heck out of it. A bit later this fall, Zeke's getting pulled off the road, and body work will get started.

Hoping that all of you are doing well today.

My wife and I watched “An Affair to Remember” from 1957 with Cary Grant and Deborah Kerr when she tells me…”you know some of those kids in that choir are gone already and that little girl is our age”. Where has the time gone?
