That looks outstanding. Congrats. Sure you don't want to sell to some sap like me.

Very nice! Too nice to take offroad really. Good find!

the badge on the P/s is missing yes....gotta get a replacement. It looks like the front/cab has been painted since, but it's definitely all metal. There is some serious undercoating on this thing, but I just couldn't believe how clean the running boards were when i saw it.

I started it up, was parked in a garage/barn for the past 3 years. Previous owner passed away so his wife sold it to me.

It was only winter driven for a couple seasons so I'm a bit nervous, it's going to be my daily driver up here and amount of salt they use on the roads when it snows...yikes!

thinking about just putting this in a big bubble and pushing it around town.

thanks again for all the comments!

hey johnnyC, thanks,
yeah, lots of oil undercoating will be the trick i think. also carwash everytime i drive it in the salt. You're in albany so you must get some snow/salt there?

No serious off-roading for me until the summer. I'll probably install my extra winch in the bed so i can pull logs and stuff into it, but this baby is probably going to be 90% city driven w/ the exception of going hunting for fallen trees....

Nice ride dude!

Very nice looking truck. I think the price is great too. I am not sure if that is a stock colour though.

Now get yourself a star and show us more.

And welcome to the club. :flipoff2:

Where are you in Toronto? I'm in East York.

PM me when you get your truck, I would love to see it and talk trucks. I'm in the process restoring a 78 pickup right now, would love to get some photos and up close and personal of what I am working towards (my truck is pretty much still a basket case)

Great find.

Cheers

Adam

These things rust if they even look at salt and moisture! I don't even drive my self painted spring over offroader in the salt! I would be very careful with that one! I like the bubble idea!

Sweeeeeeeeet! nice score

Still can't get over how clean that one looks. Only 1 mod I would consider is maybe some original hub caps.

Timecapsule indeed. That is one of the cleanest rigs I've seen. Can you take more photos?

Nice ride! I think $13,500 Cnd is reasonable as I paid $13,900 Cnd for my 78/45 in Dec. and yours looks nicer. Not Fair :crybaby:
Post a photo in the FJ45 Owner's Club corner.
Congrats.

wow that thing is beautiful... nice score

Sweet! The original bed in that condition alone is worth it all. Please don't chop it up and stuff a chevy in it. Won't take much to get it on the road even though it's been sitting a while. Quick tune up and you're good to go!

Paying in Canadian dollars is a huge bonus.....it's like Monopoly money. God bless the 51st state!!
