Are you going to reroute the oil cooler in the block? If not a stand alone oil cooler is just fighting against the in block cooler since it is bathed in engine coolant.

since i had planned one engine oil cooler & as u mentioned few points so have to check during the installation either for compatibility ...

Transmission Oil Cooler has to Be Upgraded so May Be I can Use This one Also ...
