Actually I changed my mind...black please....kidding. Thanks for the free goodie!

I spaced and blew through the order without seeing a message box, so if you catch it, "black". If not, throw it in somebody else's without telling them.
On order, last name "Baer".
On a side note, I have been noodling over this same thing for a while and never made time to do something about it when I had my shop. Now that I'm not in an environment where I can knock out stuff, I find myself in the marketplace a lot and I just happened to semi-accidentally see this.
I like it.

I will forward the info to the girls on the black organizer. Should go out today Priority Mail.

There are not hard to make if you have the equipment.:meh: We find with some of the repair/fab shops with equipment ordering. When asked I get just send them finding correct hardware is too much of a PIA. Time is money and they work.

Thanks, 'preciate it. Fast service too.
Agreed on the "not hard to make" part. Simple is good in this case, one of the main reasons I ordered your kit rather than go bug one of my buddies with a barn shop and make it there. Had I still had the shop (business), I would have more than likely ordered a few from you for resale rather than take the time to source the bits and make the brackets myself.
That's a compliment, by the way....

I loved them. I installed them the day before Rubithon. I think it took me longer to remove the OEM bolts on the axle side mount than installing these..

if offer still applies Khaki

Cheers!

great!

So I finally got around to installing the DC brackets yesterday during the Giants game, so time taken is not a good indicator, plus I had half a zoo in the smoker that I had to tend to, but things popped on easily enough. As a test, I'm leaving the bar parked disconnected while I toodle back and forth to work this week. I'm interested in finding out just exactly how much more body roll I'll have on the pavement with the sway bar dis-connected, since the trip I'm on this weekend is on and off pavement, ten trucks, and I won't want to hold up the bunch by connecting and re-connecting every time we're on a different surface. I don't have anything on the roof when on a trip, all is packed into the back, so my CG will be changed but not as much as the guys with roof-top refugee houses.

The body roll is easy to handle until you need to make a sudden correction. I have driven the same section of highway with and without big difference/scary if you do anything out of ordinary while driving. Bottom line its much safer connected. A big time saver for me is to have the brackets adjusted so the swaybar will stay in place at the bracket without needing to hold it up. Once you find a system that works best for you it goes pretty fast. I normally reconnect while a tire is airing up, takes less than a minute. :meh:

I ran a trail this weekend with two vehicles (Overland The Americas & Overland The World) on there way to South America both running Gopro's and Ernesto said my 80 looks like a pretzel going through the holes and never lifted a tire.:)
