The clevis pin on the drivers side of locked vehicle has giving some challenge when fitting the pin. I found by tapering the leading edge makes fitting the pin much faster and easier. All kits will now have a tapered end.

Mine is the other 80, I am running 863 rears and Js in front. Same tires, I was probably a foot or more shorter going up the ramp than Phil. I suspect the shock extension in the rear also helps.

So, you have the standard Nitro Charger shocks in the rear for your 863s? That changes things plus I belive Phil has spaced his rear Ls down also which makes them even longer.Mine is the other 80, I am running 863 rears and Js in front. Phil,
I just placed an order, however I did not see a place to enter notes for color preference of the console organizer. I would like a black one... my order is under the name Asanga.
Thanks!
Interesting....what lift are you running? Also were you connected order disconnected?UPDATE: I don't know how, but I bent my bracket on my Passenger side wheeling in the maze in November, the tab bent out. Not sure if it was a fluke or where it even hit, just FYI as far as there is definitely a strike point someplace.
TJM 50mm progressive, disconnected. Not sure what I hit but I was wheeling it pretty hard for 3 days.Interesting....what lift are you running? Also were you connected order disconnected?

I bent the the bracket that holds the brake line on the passenger side. It folded over where the sway bar mounts to the axle. Will have to pull back out before I can reattach the sway bar to the axle. 850 springs, L shocks.
Yeah, im still unclear on how it happened and its not a big deal, I can bend it back, but it was interesting. If you were to remove the front springs and set the LC on the factory spring bump stop you will have 1" of clearance between the swaybar disconnect bracket and swaybar in the factory location.
Not saying it is not possible but most unlikely with a lifted LC
In the picture below Im not hitting the bump stop 850J/863
