you get 16”? Any fitment issues? What size tires? Looks great! I can’t wait
Mike Burroughs from Stanceworks (@mike_stanceworks insta) had I believe the 16"s on his 60, photos of which convinced me to get the analogs. He was able to convince me I didnt need spacers or anyhing... especially with your skinny tires

Got some work done today...
2 layers in each door of 3m Thinsulate. Definitely helped the noise and hopefully the temps! I kept it off the bottom, but its hydrophobic so no worries on any moisture.

Hood Insulation. This stuff is so so nice. Bought from carbuilders in Australia. great adhesive and very formable. Looks great. Put it on top of my already linex'd hood.

Also I went with the blindimax window insulation from Germany... mainly to get the black fronts. The black is some special material that is supposed to reflect heat almost as well as the aluminum foil looking fabric. These are super nice as well and will absolutely work wonders for winter camps.

looking really good. Some serious functionality in this rig!

okkkkk... so beers and fj60 shopping don't mix. I really want an air to air intercooler but didn't want to go through a ton of fab work and reworking. Ive ordered and returned a few intercoolers now that weren't going to work without a lot of core support modification until someone in the Seattle cruiser heads led me to this...

Curious about your new seats, they look awesome!
Are you liking them? Feel right to you, Long rides etc...
Did they come with brackets to bolt up, or did you use the old factory brackets.
I am 6’1, I see on their site they have a xxl version for taller guys, Is that what you ordered?
last question, did you get the back seat covered to match up?

sorry for all the seat questions I know this is a compteq camper thread. I searched for those seats on here and didn’t really find any information on the scheel-manns. I want to redo my interior and really like how those seats look!

Thanks for posting up a great thread!

No issues on the questions! The seats are pretty much one of my favorite mods, so comfortable in comparison to the old ones. Colors match up great too. They use really nice materials. Seat heaters will be hooked up shortly! I couldn't do long rides in my old seats without putting something to support my lumbar.
Planted out of bellevue makes brackets. You have to order a special one but then they bolt right in, no issues whatsoever.
Im 6' and ordered the standard vario and it fits me perfectly. More legroom than stock with how they are mounted. I actually don't even put them all the way back now!
I ordered seat fabric to match the back. I have an appt in February with the upholstery shop to get it all looking the same. 2 yards of each fabric was $400 total. I will end up doing the center console as well with it.
If you have any other questions let me know! these seats were not cheap by any means but in my mind I'm still under what I would have paid for a new tacoma so I still have some wiggle room :) Plus anything that makes me or my passenger want to ride it more to me is worth it.

Thank you so much for the follow up information. if you wouldn’t mind, post some follow pics when your back seat get done. Man that’s going to look incredible!! Great build you have going there!

Please thoroughly document that install.
Yes sir, definitely will. Performance diesel asked me to do the same. I’ll put it all in but will have to go to my diesel shop for the pipe bending. Looks like 3 inch holes on those teardrop shaped openings on rad core support. Have to remove some grill plastic apparently and my grill is also nice and new linexd so going to brainstorm best way to do that and keeping it looking nice.
