Ha Ha, I wish, I made 43% less in '09 than '08 the Service dept at the dealership level is slooooow.

Were there any "black pearl" boxes left? :D

If there was I would have owned them all...I'm still wondering how I am going to pay for those headers :D

With emblems in it of course

That box says "made in the USA". I wonder who the supplier is and if they have warehouse stock.

Did you decide to keep the roof rack?

That's fawking weird., as I was just going to post up what is a fair price and how do you take it off?

no schitt

So you 100 guys with racks and RTT's, I have looked, looked and looked some more. I cant find anything to fit what I want.

It would be an est 80" long
5 mounting tabs up front mounted on lower tube.
Lots of tie down points
Front basket about 20 inches long to hold 7 5gal cans across the front.
The back will be about 60" long to accommodate a RTT
It would mount to factory locations.

Thoughts?

Shane, your answer is the Front Runner Wind Cheetah from Camping Lab.

rooftoptent accessories

It's 86" long (full roof rack).

Each slat in the roof rack accepts 8mm bolts. Unlimited mounting locations.

Camping Lab also sells a really nice RTT kit that they have a mounting kit that is plug-n-play with the Front Runner rack.

Contact Fernando at Camping Lab, he's very helpful and quick to respond.

Hummmm,

Has my attention. Thanks!

Shane,

Are you predicting (or having) any problems with the HIDs in your foglight housings. I have always heard that Halogens run way hotter than HIDs, but people have talked abou the housing being too small etc. 100's use 9006 elements (ie full power headlight bulbs) for the fogs so the HIDs ought to be OK. What was your experience? Did you mount these ballasts behind the turn signals?

I mounted the first pair (low beams) a few months ago and not one issue, so I bought the high beam and fog versions.

The low ballast were mounted in the turn signal nose, there is a place that is flat and easy to get to.

Then I mounted the high on the bracket that is inside the fender nose about 8" back in there as mine came with a bracket and I just bent the tab to make it work.

The fogs were piggy backed on the highs.

I used Lexol tonight and scrubbed the seats with the cleaner and then conditioner.....I can tell you my towels were gray with filth. But I also let my pup have full run so it does get a little dirtier than others.

Since this thing hag a bug deflector since new (crazy as there are no rock chips to speak of) they removed the seal that touches the leading edge, so I installed the new seal which came with push pins.

Installed all the 3 seat floor snap covers under the mat.

Installed 2 window switch panels as two of mine were broken.

Also bought a used 3rd row cup holder, I gutted the inside and thinking I am going to install a 12v port in there, maybe two if I can get them to fit so when closed it will hide them.

Personally, I'd get Front Runner stuff from Paul May at Equipt, he's a fellow 100 driver and has this set-up on his personal truck.

Any idea whether the FR rack replaces the factory rack? I can't find any installation instructions or close-up shots of one installed on a 100, but from what I've seen it seems like a pretty versatile rack.

Well I just washed it for the first time since I bought it today.......I used a cleaner called "special cleaner" all over the painted surfaces and seals, it got most of the stains that resides next to the emblems, antenna mast, but I had to get out the acid to clean around the handles, mirrors and all nooks and crannies. She is spotless on the outside now....

talk to spress, he just installed his but yeah it replaces it. Gives you slider tracks on the side like the AO, some L bracket mounts and the actual rack.
