FACELIFTING a 200 Series to 300 Series

Good way to kill resale value. Enjoy the 200 for what it is. No point in spending money just to do that just to lose value.

The market in general (buyers) will see a facelift LC/LX as something that has been hacked together with aftermarket parts, with a bunch of body work, potential not so greatly done. The other first reaction from a buyer is that it has been in a wreck and the previous owner used that as wreck as an excuse to do the facelift.

Will always drive resale value down.

I can see this with a good percentage of people, but not all.

And to be clear, I will likely never do this. It was more a fleeting and general idea. Although I still do love those headlights.
