So good day!

I had an exhaust leak (still do, lol) at the donut gasket. I thought I'd spray some PB blaster on the bolts and try and tighten it, and then after a couple of turns this happened, broke off where the bolt connected to the manifold

Can an exhaust shop sort this out, or do I need to source another manifold?

Cheers,

Joel

I'd get another used manifold. They're out there.

at this time, you are better off replacing the manifold, with good used.
headers can be problematic with leaks...the best source for headers is not currently selling them(marksoffroad).
the jto headers can be made to work, but you can't just expect to bolt them to the head, there will be machine work.

How about a photo of your current intake/exhaust?

Here's the down pipe before/after I broke the manifold side of the bolt threading, and the muffler has some mega rot. Sounds like a chevy nova.

That looks like a Cali-spec intake. Does the exhaust have an EGR plug?

I have seen a two piece clamp that goes around the throat of the manifold, above the flange, that has flange mounting bolts incorporated into the clamp. Not a long term solution, but something that would get you back on the road.

I have the same issue. Brazing in a stud never occurred to me. What did you end up doing Tennessee80?

Any update on this? I have the same issue, same exact place. Any suggestions on who to call for a used manifold?

I have several extra manifolds, intake or exhaust, in des moines... pm me if I can help
