I also have this guardian angel to have my back at all times. Jesus Malverde is a folk hero in Mexico, known as a Robin Hood-type character and saint for narco traffickers. Although I am not currently a drug trafficker, Mexican iconography is very appealing me. Kind of like the eagle or the rebel flag, or whatever for Americans. It’s ironic that this 55 is actually border patrol colors, in essence. Mexican nationals call the border patrol “La Migra.” Maybe I can get a Migra vanity plate for this rig.
can anyone confirm an 80 m/c and whether it requires any mods to mount up? Those are only $100usd
I run an fzj80 master cylinder. Needs a spacer of 3/8 of an inch or so between the master and the booster. Just make sure of your push rod depth and make sure it is a non-abs master.
Close up of the vinyl used? I haven’t found anything very close to the diamonds on my 74 seats...

The only modification I made was adding a proportioning valve for the rear brake circuit. You should be able to manipulate the factory brake lines slightly to connect with the new master cylinder. You hear of folks doing this. Non-ABS 80 MC is key.
I think that makes '94 the last year you can use?
Any brake line mods required?

I feel left out. So, mine has a 80 series non abs master and a 76 fj55 booster going to monster calipers on the 60 series front axle and tundra front calipers on the full float 60 series rear axle. Yes, I can stop 6000 pounds on 37s quicker then a street racers Honda.
