Transfercase range selector grommet prototype rolled in. Rubber material is great! Its tough, chemical and UV tolerant. Based on the pics @65swb45 sent, I modified the base geometry a bit and the second version is shipping this week. This initial prototype has a rough finish but the final pieces will be smooth.

@65swb45 I'll send you a final version as a thank you for the helpful picture!

Second iteration rolled in. Overall super happy... except they forgot to smooth the exterior. Annoying but minor issue on a small test batch. Got it mounted it up and found a couple small issues in regards to ease of mounting. Tweaked the geometry to aid in a smoother installation and I think this baby is done. Going to put in an order for an initial release batch. Will update again soon.

Also we are going to be making the headlight dimmer switch boots in this fashion as well. :)

How about the little 10mm-ish boots on the back of the cluster? I can see a lot of applications for this stuff.

The ad shows a 55 station wagon. I thought they weren't released here until late '67 or thereabouts?
Good eye!! I glossed over the little 55 at the bottom and paid too much attention to the penciled in 1965 date on the magazine page. I bet it’s a year off at least. I assumed it was advertising a model year ahead with the post 65 40. I’ll edit the page.

Final iteration arrived. I think it looks great. Super happy with form and function at this point. It's a bit awkward to lean into the engine bay and mount, but a little lube and getting it warm before mounting worked perfect. Rubber is chemical and heat tolerant. So should be up to the task of these old engine bays.
We have 4 available now, but will have a larger restock soon.

Restocked our F/2F/3F antitheft harnesses! Thanks to those who have been waiting patiently for these.

Early 40 steering column bushings restocked. These pair well with our replacement horn plates. Do it right or do it twice they say.

We have tail light protector cones back in stock! Modeled off the OG plastic units. Unfortunately we had a computer issue and lost our original design file so we had to remodel it from scratch and then learn how to print them correctly on our new machine. Took a bit of trial and error but we finally got a product we can be proud of again. :) You can swoop on a set HERE.
Thank you all for the support!

Thanks for reminding me. I used my fuel pump rebuild kit the other day so now I have another old fuel pump to rebuild so I ordered another one. That is an excellent rebuild kit.
