I'm making plans now. I'll be travelling from Phoenix and may almost have the FJC done in 7 months..

Well I'm putting myself in a definite Maybe state. All my truck needs to function on the good trails at this point is a good cage, replace a couple seals, lower the gearing (maybe) locker and some new tires (those 33's are gonna look rediculous when I finish the SOA)...I really hope to make it I was bummed I missed CM06

I discussed with all my professors at the beginning of class one semester that I has an issue with finals and would be out of town and willing to take finals before or after the scheduled time. All agreed and I went on a great hunting trip in dec one year.

We're ironing out the details right now. I'll post up in this thread as soon as I can. Don't worry, there should be plenty of room where ever we decide to camp.

Even once we post which campground, they would not take reservations this early. Last year they would not take them before January 1st.

That would be very cool if we can work it out. If we can go it will be with my truck/cabover towing the LX on the trailer. So 70-75mph the whole way for me.

I think we are going to make it, either with the FJ40 on a trailer behind the Great White Whale or in some other TBD expedition rig. We will probably spend a few days either befor or after in Canyonlands taking pictures but would be up for a convoy one direction.
