Why would you ruin Crown with coke. Seagram's 7 or Canadian Club and coke I can understand, Although I mix those with 7up. But Crown tsk tsk tsk.

Kevin maybe you should trailer your truck down so people can see it in camp and ride with me so it doesn't break. Then you have a good shot of towing home a working truck (By not taking it off the trailer)

See you in a few months my friend.

i'll have to give that some thought ken sounds like a good idea maybe we could use it for a beer run or food run who know's sound's like a plan hope to see you all again..

Any good fishing opportunities close to Moab? I would like to go out and do a little wheeling and fishing.

Greg

Colorado River.

Then there is pack creek that comes out of the La Sals.
You could pop over to the San Juan mountains south east of town.

I placed a reservation at the slickrock campground 3days ago via the computer and haven't heard anything back yet. Just wondering if anyone has any info on how long it takes to hear from the people there in Moab. Thanks lookin forward to meeting everyone. Justin

Justin, according to their phone message they're still "closed for the winter." I thought they'd be there by now, but guess not. If you don't hear from them Monday I'd email them again.

Kevin, looking forward to hanging with you again for sure.. and another birdy fry ;)

Thanks, thats kind of what I was thinking also.

I called and emailed them last Thursday and still have not heard back from them yet. I was going to give it a week before trying again. But if someone gets a reply from them I would like to know... Just in case my request didn't get throw...

Thanks,

It took a little over the 48 hours that they reference on their site for my reservation confirmation. When it did it was in my junk e-mail. Have you checked there?

i've been over a week sense i did it on the computer nothing back yet either..

kevin

Nothing in the junk mailbox, thanks for the tip though.

I made a reservation at Slickrock Via the Web and it took a little over a week for a reply, but they did reply and confirm my spot.

I SO SO SO SO want to go, but the wife will be 8 months by then... maybe next year with our new daughter.

I think you have a better shot 8 months preggo than 10 month old kid.. JMHO ;)
