Thanks, man.Looking sweet Eric.
Mine too!Still one of my favorites. Keep the pictures coming.
I'm always looking for original stuff. Paid $100 for the motors and the mirror, shipped. He still has the 67-68 windshield frame they came off of. It looks to be in good condition. I may go get it in a couple weeks if he still has it.Wowon that mirror. Going on 13 yrs for me, still searching. And of course, I don’t do facebook. Hence my failure, I guess.
Any TNK wiper arms on that thing, uh, facebook?
Its hard to say, but here is the frame it came off of. I think 67-68 were the only years for the 3 bolt hook hold downs. My windshield frame is from a '67.The last time I was in the hunt game for a mirror (like yours) I quit at $170, I suspect it would have required maybe $300 to stay in the game. $100 for the mirror and the wiper motors is an outstanding find, reminds me of the way it was 10+ years ago. But I’m a curmudgeon. I think that mirror was used 65 (late 64) - 66, so maybe on a ‘67 that’s a ‘66 model. Interesting, that must not be a ‘70 windshield frame if those are original mirror holes.
Thanks, man. This 40 is coming along great. Nice work.
It’s amazing how just a few scratches made those doors blend so well with the old paint. Keep up the good work. So, what do you do to freshly painted doors?
Scratch 'em!

Thanks, man. I'm just ready for it to be done. I've got other things to get done around the house. This thing is turning out rad!
Always liked that long range tank but not sure what you would have to do to the 77 seat brackets to get it to work in mine.
