Front: 24.00"
Rear: 23.50"

+/- 1/8 to 1/4 inch.

This is with OME 3" Competition Coils 418/421. ARB front bumper, Warn M8000 winch, Slee sliders, Cruisin Offroad bumper with swingouts. Interior is partially stripped out and the full length roof rack is currently removed.

This seems to be about a 3" to 3.5" lift over new stock which is surprising considering all the extra weight. Old Man Emu Competition Coils are really great with E Load 255 KM2's. Caster is now below -1 deg and that's with the OEM caster bushings. Slee caster plates go on in a few days.

Edit: I put on Slee's caster plates and I'm now at +2.7* caster. My thoughts on all this suspension stuff are constantly evolving. I'm starting to think the MAF/4+ 2" drop brackets are a good idea especially if going up to 4"+. Obviously, that requires additional caster correction in the front via bushings/plates.

Just installed OME 850/864's 200 miles ago:
Front = 22.25"
Rear = 23.75"
ASS END IS SKY HIGH......At 320 in/lbs, I would need to add 480 lbs to the rear to make the 864's level out with the front. Not going to happen.

Weighed the vehicle as is:
Front = 3060 lbs
Rear = 3170 lbs
Total = 6230 lbs
Stock curb weight (HDJ80/A442F)= 4916 lbs
Total added weight = 1314 lbs
GVW = 6530 LBS

Anyone know if curb weight is measured with a full tank?

300 LBS UNDER GVW. Not too bad..... Need to fix the stink bug though.

Unimpressed with the body roll as is. Maybe try the Comp 418's up front?

Slee 4" Standard Weight Springs
Front 24" Center Hub to Flair
Rear 24 1/2 Center Hub to Flair

Stock Bumpers, no rear seat

Ride is really good. Stiff but not harsh at all. :grinpimp:

My truck keeps growing so here's an update.

850J in front + 1" steel spacers = 24-1/4"
863 in rear = 24"

I have constantly "fiddled" with lift height during the four years I've owned the truck. After recently going to 37's I was using spacers on shorter springs and wasn't thrilled. I recently swapped my springs for J's and ended up buying regular 863's for the rear. 24" is perfect for stuffing the 37's without the truck sitting higher than need be. I have finally "arrived". :)

Anyone have an advertised 4" lift center of hub to metal fender dimension?

I have the TJM 4". It was 25.5 front and 25" rear without armor. Haven't measured since getting bumpers, etc

Before:

19 3/4 all 4 corners

OME 2.5 medium after:

23 3/4 front, 24 rear

26 in front and 25.5 in the rear. Ass is saggin a bit I guess.

What type of front grille is that?

TJM 70mm Heavy Duty Kit

Front=23"
Rear=24"

1997 LX450 with custom front tube bumper and 9k winch, 3rd row seats installed, 200 lbs of tools and recovery gear.

HDJ 80; 5mm steel bumper up front.

Front (ironman performance 2"; 1" rubber spacers) - 22.8"/580 mm
Rear (ironman performance 2") - 23.5" 596mm; has spare tire; shovel + mount. Pintle hook.

Pretty bad stink bug before the spacers. Now it sits level and el guapo points are mucho up hahaha!

Resurrected! For science :hmm:

22.25 Front - TJM 50mm coils + 20mm trim packers (ARB, winch, dual batts)
22.6 Rear - 864s + 30mm spacers (Slee rear, skidplating, rack, sliders, tent, drawers, tools, fridge)
Truck weight close to 7000#.

Measured on flat ground, 1/2 tank of gas, not loaded up.
Caster corrected with TJM rubber caster bushings.

Curious to see some of the new suspension setup specs...

Gee, 7K is not loaded?

Mine is a 75mm Intermediate Slinky lightly loaded 24" +- .25" on all corners. This includes the 1" body lift. This pic has about 200# is back.
